Best. Brunch. Ever. Seriously wow.
Marrickville is becoming one of my favourite suburbs with so many awesome cafes. When we sat down and opened the menu, we had no idea what to get! Everything looked so tasty and delicious. The prices were decent around 15 dollars, give or take. Linda and I wanted to try a billion things. We wanted to get a bit of everything. Eventually we settled on getting French toast, Salad and an omelette to share. However, when we were ordering the kind waitress told us that the French Toast was massive.
Taking her advice, we decided not to get the salad and just get the french toast. Good decision. Very very good decision. When the french toast came, it was massive! It was like a tower. The french toast came with ricotta, bacon and caramelised banana. Normally, I don’t eat bacon, I find it too salty but it was pretty freaking amazing with the french toast. The french toast was also made with turkish bread, not traditional white bread and I think that actually made it better.
The best thing is you get so much for what you pay for. I paid $20 and I was completely stuffed. So full. Everything comes on a massive plate and there was so much to eat!
